Requisitos: • Mechanical Engineering degree; • Sheet Metal and Mechanical Structures development, preferrable from automotive; • Proficient in CATIA; • Knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T); • Strong communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written; • Complete product overview, connecting cross functional areas to the final product delivery; • Fluent in English; • Spanish Communication is a plus; • Experience with FEA Analysis is a plus; • Experience with Plastic Development is a plus; • Experience with Addictive Manufacturing is a plus; • Experience from Volvo software documentation tools, such as Protom & Kola is a plus. Atividades: • Sheet Metal and Mechanical Structures development with welding, casting and bending for Volvo Buses Chassis following geometric dimensioning and tolerancing standards; • Following Volvo Standards during the design process using mainly CATIA as the design tool; • Working on chassis frame development for all Volvo Buses Products (BEV and DIESEL); • Securing the quality on the documentation of the developed parts; • Securing quality and readiness of the developed parts during the different project release phases; • Working with maintenance and quality items; • Working in a local and global cross-functional network.
