What You’ll Do Build and streamline administrative processes for our franchise network; Take the lead in configuring, managing, and optimizing our ERP system; Keep everything organized—from contracts and registrations to KPIs and operational standards; Partner with the expansion team to evaluate new franchise opportunities and conduct strategic analyses; Design and refine process flows to ensure consistency across all locations; Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Tech teams; Create insightful reports and dashboards to monitor performance; Support training initiatives and help launch new franchise units.
