Highlights of this position Location: Indaiatuba/SP Work Model: Hybrid (1-2 days in the office) Language requirement: English fluency (B2/C1 mandatory) Experience in release and deployment management fields Summary We are looking for an IT Deployment Coordinator to oversee end-to-end technical implementation projects, including build activities, request management for external teams, deployments, configuration of IT software instances, and project coordination across different teams. This role will be responsible for managing build and release plans, anticipating and mitigating risks and issues, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries for IT systems used by business users. Communication with peers, leadership, and stakeholders is essential. Creativity and innovation are welcomed to implement best practices, process optimization, and automation, reducing manual and error-prone activities. This position requires natural leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and strong personal organization to efficiently manage complex projects. Qualifications & Experience We are looking for a professional with experience in release and deployment management, with involvement in: Agile methodology CI/CD pipelines Azure or AWS cloud Platforms: Windows, Linux Database: MSSQL ITSM tools: ServiceNow, BMC Helix, JIRA Cloud: Microsoft Azure CI/CD tools: Octopus Deploy Version control: Azure DevOps Monitoring: Grafana The candidate does not need to be fully proficient in all the technologies listed above, but should demonstrate solid technical awareness and a strong willingness to learn in order to accelerate technical project implementation and troubleshooting. IT Deployment Coordinator will work alongside build engineers, with the primary mission of driving projects forward, reporting status updates, and ensuring effective communication.
