Send emails (Standard) to customers, partners, and suppliers. -Completion and elaboration of Excel spreadsheet for purchase and sale. -Quotation of goods with suppliers. -Elaboration of invoices (invoices). -Authorization for supply of materials, equipment. -Contact by e-mail and telephone with partners and suppliers. You will be responsible for: You will support the manager's efforts to keep e-mail exchanges on time with responses, quotes through constant communication with him, vendors and partners. You will use pre-made standard emails in English and Portuguese, in addition to having the autonomy for your own writing, after training, under initial supervision. Most e-mails are standard, just to make basic changes. You will prepare pre-ready Excel spreadsheets, to be filled in with amounts and information necessary for quotations and shipments, in addition to invoices. Be organized, judicious and have initiative. Who is comfortable in dealing with new learning and curious about challenges, in a dynamic and fast segment. Who knows how to listen, ask questions when in doubt, and has a watchful eye to detail. A general interest in the business, with an intense desire to cooperate, will be critical to your success in this role. The mission is to ensure that all activities related to communication with foreign customers, suppliers, partners, are efficiently clear and fast, with essential attention to detail.
