Current team: 2 affiliate Heads, 3 affiliate managers. Requirements: You have experience in affiliate marketing, ideally with igaming (S2) offers. You know how to find and onboard media buyers and webmasters running traffic. You understand the mechanics of RevShare/Deposit Share/Fix. You speak fluently Portuguese and English, and Russian or Ukrainian will be a plus. You are highly goal-oriented, a self-starter, and thrive in performance-driven environments. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting new affiliates (individuals or teams) who run traffic SEO, Twitter, Reddit, streaming platforms, apps, and other websites to join ggband.gg Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they are motivated and performing. Monitoring and optimizing affiliate performance based on key metrics (CR, ROI, Payouts, Volume). Identifying new traffic opportunities and niches, including GEO-specific campaigns and alternative traffic sources. Providing affiliates with fast support, creative materials, technical documentation, and payment assistance. Working closely with product and analytics teams to ensure offer performance and quality traffic standards. Reporting weekly on recruitment, activation rates, and affiliate performance.
