Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (legal studies, social work, etc.). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a case manager or in a similar role, preferably in a personal injury law firm. Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Neos case management software. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Empathetic and client-focused approach to case management; strong interpersonal skills. Additional Information: This Case Manager will be the face of the firm, representing it to clients. The firm is small but intends to grow, so this person will document processes to train future Case Managers. A minimum of experience in intake is required. The candidate should have good communication skills, both written and spoken, be proactive, empathetic, warm, and patient with clients. The candidate should be efficient and able to simplify complex information for clients. The candidate should act quickly to communicate when a case is not viable to avoid delays. Experience with medical background is preferred, and experience working with insurances is a plus.
