IT Governance & Process Officer - Analista de Governança & Processos de TI PL Governance Framework & Processes Management: ? Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks that align with corporate policies, industry standards, and legal requirements. ? Monitor and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions. ? Support the development and periodic review of governance policies, ensuring they reflect current business needs and regulatory requirements. ? Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that governance policies are communicated effectively and are understood by relevant stakeholders. ? Ensure that governance policies are aligned with best practices in risk management, compliance, and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, CoBIT, Lean, or Six Sigma). System Process Design & Optimization: ? Analyze existing IT processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. ? Design, document, and implement new IT processes that optimize service delivery and improve overall efficiency across IT operations. ? Work with IT teams to assess the effectiveness of current processes and propose improvements based on industry best practices. ? Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines. ? Ensure that all IT processes are aligned with organizational goals and IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: ? Work closely with the IT, HR, Finance, and Faculty departments to ensure alignment on governance practices and process improvement strategies. ? Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to resolve governance and processes-related issues and implement necessary changes. ? Participate in cross-functional committees or working groups focused on improving processes and ensuring compliance across the organization. Required / Necessários ? Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field ? ITIL Foundation certification is required (Intermediate and Expert certifications are a plus). Desired / Desejáveis ? Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management (PMI). ? Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
