POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: • Hybrid work in Indaiatuba, SP, Brazil • Mandatory: Fluent English, support for .Net applications, IIS (Internet Information Services), MS SQL Server ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the continuity and performance of the company’s critical applications on a global scale. Besides troubleshooting technical issues, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business support teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide support and assistance for corporate systems, including ticket creation, analysis, and follow-up, focusing on resolution within SLA; • Perform initial investigations to identify the root cause of incidents; • Interface with Infrastructure and Development teams to ensure problem resolution; • Maintain constant communication with users and participate in crisis meetings when necessary; • Generate operational reports with weekly and monthly indicators; • Participate in a collaborative environment integrated with international teams. REQUIREMENTS: For the JUNIOR position: • Some experience with technical support or corporate applications; • Basic experience with .NET, IIS (Windows Server), and MS SQL Server; • Ability to execute simple SQL queries; • Introductory knowledge of API calls (validating responses and status); • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and concepts such as Incidents, Requests, and SLA; • Advanced English. For the MID-LEVEL position: • Solid experience supporting applications developed in .NET, hosted on IIS, with MS SQL Server databases; • Autonomy to perform root cause analysis, SQL queries, and REST API validations; • Experience with ITSM tools and a strong understanding of support processes (Incidents, Requests, SLA, Problems, etc.); • Ability to handle critical tickets and participate in crisis meetings (war rooms); • Advanced English. For the SENIOR position: • Proven experience supporting critical applications in .NET/IIS/SQL Server environments; • Strong analytical skills to investigate problems, validate integrations (APIs), and propose improvements to support processes; • Mastery of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Request management, SLA, severity, escalation, and war rooms; • Leadership in complex environments and direct contact with global teams; • Advanced English. Additional Information: • Location: Indaiatuba, SP, Brazil • Work model: Hybrid, with mandatory presence in the Indaiatuba office 3 times per week; • Availability for on-call duty once a month on weekends.
