A We4You – Consultoria Especializada em Carreiras, está apoiando uma Multinacional do Segmento Químico, na busca de um(a) Product Regulatory Specialist | Especialista de Assuntos Regulatorios CLT - Home Office Key Responsibilities: Manage the preparation and submission of documentation required for product approval and registration with Health Authorities in the region Monitor and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations Ensure that external communications for regulatory purposes meet applicable regulations Provide registration impact assessments in responsible countries/regions for design changes Develop, implement, and maintain internal procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with national and regional regulations, legislation, standards, and guidance Support business units in regulatory questions Manage the regulatory aspects of R&D projects Negotiate internally and externally with various regulatory agencies, properly interpreting and applying regulatory requirements Required Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent Understanding of product registration processes and project management Knowledge of chemical regulations related to the LATAM region Advanced proficiency in English Differential: Intermediate proficiency in Spanish Knowledge of SAP
