Service provider contracts: Negotiating and managing contracts of HR providers, analysing proposals, elaborating reports and participating in the decision making; ? Payroll: Process payment of salaries, vacations and terminations at the bank and request approvals; being able to control payroll budget; ? Expatriates: Controlling and approval of flight tickets; monitoring of the whole process of working visa, Brazilians documentation; assistance in preparing and managing contracts and annual bonuses; ? Employees’ student scholarship: Supporting employees with enquires about scholarship of dependents and elaborating contracts. ?
